An incredible light and sound show that visited Paisley, Derry~Londonderry, Caernarfon, Luton and Hull exploring our connections to everything around us: past, present and future. If you weren't able to see it for yourself, you can now enjoy the entire show from anywhere in the world by watching this short film: 

Commissioned as part of UNBOXED: Creativity in the UK, About Us is a spectacular free, touring open-air event, combining cutting edge light projections, animations, music and poetry to celebrate our extraordinary connections to everything around us: past, present and future. The show features an original score by award-winning composer Nitin Sawhney MBE, performed by local choirs in each location and incorporating submissions from a UK-wide poetry and coding competition, plus work created by local schoolchildren in each location.

Filmed on location in the five locations, this film presents the full 25-minute experience and explores the story of everything that connects us, from the Big Bang to the present day. This collaboration across science, technology and art was created by 59 Productions, The Poetry Society and Stemettes.”
